I'm Luke Appelquist, a communications producer, and Appelquist Creative is my San Diego production company. For 20 years I've turned technical subjects into clear, accurate stories, helping companies and associations explain what they do in a way people understand and remember.
THE MISSION
I handle projects from first concept through final delivery: messaging, scripts, interviews, filming, drone footage, editing, motion graphics and design. One rule applies to every project: what appears on screen is accurate to the real product.

I develop the concept, messaging and scripts for outreach, sustainability and advertising campaigns, then carry them through to final delivery.
CINEMATOGRAPHY AND LIGHTING
I bring classical lighting and camera craft to every shoot, on location or in studio, including FAA Part 107 certified drone footage.
EDITING, MOTION GRAPHICS AND VFX
I finish every project myself, with precise editing, color, motion graphics and visual effects built for broadcast and web.
